Qualified applicants should have a minimum of five years of experience in television and Internet sales. Experience in developing and selling sports programming, advertising and sponsorship opportunities is a plus. Qualified applicants must have strong computer skills to include Microsoft Power Point and Windows Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a firm understanding of the Internet and its many opportunities as both a delivery system and as a revenue generator. Freelance/Contract Sports Digital Video Editor RMG is seeking a sports digital video editor to work on a contract/freelance basis in Spring, Summer and Fall of 2012. Qualified applicants must have experience and a strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere CS 5.5 video editing software on a PC. Experience working with high definition video is preferred. Applicants should also have an understanding of other Adobe CS 5.5 software that includes Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. Qualified applicants must also have solid understanding of sports that include football, ice hockey and motorsports. Experience editing these types of sports is preferred, but is not mandatory. Freelance/Contract Sports Videographers RMG is seeking sports videographers to work on a contract/freelance basis in 2012 and beyond. Qualified applicants must have experience shooting video of action sports that include football, ice hockey and motorsports in a live-to-tape setting as well as shooting video for highlight packages. Experience with broadcast and cable network sports production is preferred, but is not mandatory. When applying, please provide a link to some video samples and/or a list of programs/productions you have worked on with references. Also, please list any tapeless, high definition camera equipment you own. Freelance Production Assistants RMG is seeking applicants to fill numerous Production Assistant positions on an as-needed basis. Qualified applicants must have experience with various aspects and areas of the video/television production process. Qualified applicants must also be willing to work weekend hours, if necessary. Applicants with degrees or certificates in Communications, Media, and/or the visual arts are preferred. Television Production Interns RMG is always seeking students who are interested in learning more about the television production industry. RMG interns have always received hands-on training in program development, studio and field production, and postproduction. Qualified internship applicants must be attending or planning to attend a school, college or university to study the field of communications. Applicants must show a strong desire to learn and be part of a team while doing so. Preference will be giving to students currently enrolled in a communications program, but both college and high school students are encouranged to apply.
